I have personally visited TWO fusion reactors over the last 37 years; my most recent visit around 2013 included walk through of the fusion chamber (Tokamak reactors).
They should throw the SPAC money into the plasma. Just as effective ROI.

It occurs to me that shorting SPACs could be a winning investment strategy. :-)
